Families United kicks off our new Campaign for Transformation with May is Mental Health Month!
Families United is pleased to continue to be part of the Statewide Family Network grant program with the Center for Mental Health Services, Substance Abuse Mental Health Service Administration (SAMHSA). Families United will begin to promote children's mental health transformation by sending out transformation email alerts and quarterly electronic newsletters. We will begin to hold public forums starting in September 2008 across the state that will bring families, youth, policy makers, providers and the whole community together discuss special topics in realtionship to children's mental health transformation.
